I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor and a Registered Member of the BACP. I offer a compassionate, safe and confidential space to help clients navigate mental health struggles and personal challenges. Whether you are dealing with short-term stresses or long-standing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, or life dissatisfaction, my goal is to create an environment built on trust and understanding. Together, we can process these challenges, empowering you to work toward meaningful, lasting progress and well-being.
Please feel free to send me an email with any questions or queries. I also offer an initial 15 minute phone call, free of charge, to talk through what you'd like to get from our sessions and for us to get to know each other a little.
What is Integrative Therapy?
Mental health care is never one-size-fits-all. While my work is rooted in a person-centred approach (where the client guides the direction and pace of our sessions), I practice integration to blend techniques from different therapeutic styles. This allows us to build a flexible, personalised approach that directly aligns with your unique goals and preferences.
Inclusivity:
I offer a warm, safe, and respectful space for everyone. I understand how hard it can be to find a space where you feel safe to be yourself without fear of judgement or rejection, and I strongly believe that therapy should be a space to be free of these concerns or worries. One of the most important parts of therapy and counselling is to build a safe space where your whole self feels welcomed and celebrated, fostering self-compassion and self-value for what makes each of us unique and different.
